KPPY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED provides web development, mobile application development, and enterprise device management (MDM) services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in the project agreement.KPPY TECH retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies used in development.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
KPPY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
